These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NeuLanguaz, including our website, dashboard, speaking sessions with Neu, our AI tutor, and writing practice tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use NeuLanguaz.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a NeuLanguaz account. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you confirm that the information above is accurate.
You must provide accurate account information (including your name, email, and mobile number) and keep it up to date from your account settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
NeuLanguaz helps you practice English through a personalized onboarding flow, speaking conversations with Neu, our AI tutor, guided writing exercises, and listening and reading practice. Your performance across these skills is summarized on a progress dashboard so you can track improvement over time. Features, exercises, and scoring methods may be added, changed, or removed as we improve the Service.
Some features of NeuLanguaz may be offered as paid subscription plans. If you purchase a plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may include applicable taxes calculated using the billing address and tax details you provide in Settings. You can review or update this information, and cancel auto-renewal, at any time from your account settings. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use NeuLanguaz, including speaking conversations with Neu and writing submissions, for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Full details are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Speaking and writing feedback, scores, and suggestions produced by NeuLanguaz are generated automatically and are intended to support your learning, not to serve as professional language certification or assessment. While we work to keep this feedback accurate and helpful, we do not guarantee it will be free of errors.
NeuLanguaz may offer a referral program that rewards you for inviting other learners to join. Participation is subject to our Referral Program Terms, which may change from time to time.
NeuLanguaz's lessons, exercises, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the speech recordings and written submissions you provide during practice sessions, but you grant us a license to process and store them as needed to deliver feedback, scoring, and the Service generally.
You may stop using NeuLanguaz and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other learners.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuLanguaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of NeuLanguaz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
