Referral Program Terms

Overview

The NeuLanguaz referral program lets you invite friends to join the platform. When someone you refer creates an account and completes onboarding, both you and your friend may be eligible for a reward, such as account credit or free days on a paid plan, as described on the referral page in your account.

Eligibility

• You must have an active NeuLanguaz account in good standing to participate.
• Referred friends must be new to NeuLanguaz and sign up using your unique referral link or code.
• You may not refer yourself using a second account, a family member's account created for this purpose, or any other means designed to generate rewards without a genuine new learner joining.

When Rewards Are Issued

Rewards are credited to your account after your referred friend verifies their email address and completes onboarding. We may set additional conditions, such as requiring the referred friend to complete a first practice session, and will display current requirements on the referral page.

Form of Rewards

Referral rewards are issued as NeuLanguaz account credit or free subscription time. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and can only be used toward NeuLanguaz plans.

Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program, or change reward amounts and eligibility rules, at any time. Rewards you have already earned before a change takes effect will still be honored.

Fraud & Abuse

We may withhold or reclaim rewards, and suspend the accounts involved, if we reasonably believe referrals were generated through fraud, spam, incentivized click farms, fake accounts, or any other abuse of the program.
